Plaintiffs hired Defendant to perform repairs to their motor vehicle. Defendant attempted unsuccessfully to repair the vehicle and refused to provide Plaintiffs with an itemized list of the repairs that were made and the parts that were used. The court found that Defendant's refusal to provide the itemized list was a violation of OAC 109:4-3-13. The Court awarded the Plaintiffs $3,000 in damages, the maximum amount recoverable insmall claims court.
