Defendants shall disclose, prior to processing any payment by a consumer for any goods or services, a summary of all material provisions of any goods or services offered and any primary exclusions and/or conditions related to any goods or services sold or marketed by Defendants. Defendants shall only market contracts that are written in clear, understandable language and are printed or typed in easy to read font and format. Defendants shall, in written solicitations, clearly and conspicuously offer consumers the option of being removed from a mailing list obtained or created by Defendants via a toll-free number and/or a mail delivery service. If a consumer asks to be removed from Defendants' mailing list, Defendants and their agents shall not make any written solicitations to the consumer at that address for 5 years. Defendants shall clearly and conspicuously disclose in all written and television solicitations the company's identity, including its business name and contact information, including the company's telephone number and address. When making a specific offer, Defendants shall clearly and conspicuously disclose, in close proximity to any terms or conditions to which they relate, all material limitations, conditions, and restrictions relating to any offer.
